Tom Stone, an ex-con teams up with Police Crime Squad Specialist Marina Di Luzio to go where most cops can't, as they catch bad guys who normally get away - criminals with influence and money who think they're above the law. Cast includes William Martin (Felicity, The L Word) and Janet Kidder (Earth: Final Conflict) along with a veteran creative team including Stuart Margolis (The Rockford Files, Touched by and Angel).
