For Episode Details Check our Program Grid

Home Team Sundays 12pmHomeTeam represents the best of our shared ideals – love, friendship, community service, pride, satisfaction from a job well done and something true that can only be described as the American Dream. In the spirit of an old fashioned barn-raising, this dream is televised each week as friends, families, and communities join HomeTeam in presenting a deserving family with their very first home. From the grade school teacher in Florida to the Harley-riding boxer from Washington, each episode shares a unique story. Throughout the show, the audience grows to care about the family, which is soon to be surprised with their new home. Along the way, the viewer will share some laughs, learn some home improvement tasks, and go on a shopping spree for furniture and accessories. Finally, at the end, tears flow as the American Dream is revealed.

HomeTeam was created to provide an entertaining glimpse of people realizing their dreams of becoming first-time homeowners. And while the show entertains viewers, it’s broader purpose and primary objective is to advance the availability of critical information to help people understand how to achieve this American Dream. The show provides valuable tools for millions to pursue home ownership.

This season, a deserving local Detroit-area family will realize their American Dream and receive their very own first home. Be sure to catch HomeTeam on My TV20 this fall for more details!
